When a resident taps their fob or card at a Fortek reader or PORT terminal, the system verifies their access level and automatically dispatches an elevator to their authorized floor. No buttons, no waiting at a keypad.
Real-time elevator status
The Unify dashboard displays the live position and status of every elevator car across all banks in your building — moving, standing, doors open, allocation in progress — updated in real time. Your front desk team always knows where every cab is.
🔑 Single credential, both systems
Users are enrolled once in Fortek Unify. Credentials and floor permissions sync automatically to the elevator system — no duplicate data entry, no separate elevator database to maintain.
Call elevator from suite keypad
Residents can summon an elevator directly from their Fortek F-SA24 suite security keypad — bringing the cab to their floor without needing a phone app or lobby terminal. Ideal for move-ins, deliveries, and accessibility needs.
