💧 Wireless suite sensors
Fortek’s FCSWWS wireless water sensors deploy at high-risk points inside each suite — under kitchen sinks, behind dishwashers, near washing machines, and around HVAC connections. Sensors connect wirelessly with no suite-level wiring required, and include an optional extendable probe for hard-to-reach areas.
🔧 Automatic valve shutoff
The ENVTRC Valve Transceiver acts as a gateway between sensors and your building’s water supply valves. When a leak is detected, it can automatically close the affected valve — or your team can trigger shutoff remotely from the Fortek Unify dashboard — stopping damage before it spreads to neighboring units.
